Convenient Internet Payments

The Village of Wauconda continually strives to meet the needs of its water/sewer customers, therefore we have taken the necessary steps to provide you with the to pay your Village Water/Sewer bills over the Internet. If you do not have access to the internet, a payment terminal is available at the Village Hall. Please note that you will need your bill present while performing your transaction.

Payments may be made by MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or debit cards. Please allow 3 days for your payment to be posted. Bills paid via E-Pay within 72 hours of the due date may be subject to applicable penalties for late payment. A minimal convenience fee is charged with each transaction, however the fee is not charged or collected by the Village of Wauconda.

Drop Off Payments

Customers may also drop off payments in the drop boxes located at Village Hall, located at the front door and west parking lot of Village Hall, 101 N.Main Street. For additional questions, please e-mail the Village’s Water Billing Clerk at dbaseley@wauconda-il.gov or call 847-526-9604.
