The Village of Wauconda continually strives to meet the needs of its water/sewer customers by providing convenient and cost effective ways to collect water/sewer payments. The Village offers several payment options for our customers, including:
Auto Pay is the most convenient way to make sure your utility bill is paid on time and in full every month. You will still receive your monthly bill and there is no fee for this service.
To participate in this program, complete this authorization form and return it with a voided check to 101 N. Main St., Wauconda, IL 60084. It may take up to two billing cycles for Auto Pay to become active. Your bill will say “Auto Pay” once this service is activated.
The Green Pay system provides a convenient way for customers to receive their bills electronically, make payments via credit card, view historical account data, ask water/sewer billing questions, and enroll in Auto Pay. Credit card payments made through the Green Pay system incur an additional $2.00 convenience fee per transaction.
To use the Green Pay system - go to www.wauconda-il.gov, click “Online Payments” and follow the Green Pay link.

Customers may bring cash or checks to the Village Hall, 101 N Main Street. The Village Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Use our drop boxes for checks only in the front of the building or the convenient drive-up box in the rear parking lot. Please note, drop box payments may take 2-3 working days to post to your account.
